Getting My Sweat On

I have discovered a whole new level of sweat in the last couple of weeks.  I'm not normally someone that drips sweat during a workout, however hot yoga is definitely something else.  I feel like I've just walked out of the shower fully clothed by the end of class.  I was then taken by surprise during my strength workout at the gym today.

It didn't feel like it was that hot in the gym, but as I was in the middle of a deadlift I felt something drip off my nose.  Something dripped on to my glasses.  It felt like heated strength training as I exuded drop after drop of what I like to think was liquid awesome.

What awesome thing have you done lately?

  1. Um, Leana why do you have the others earbud in your mouth? Walking and running on the beach is as awesome as I can take. Also love getting drippy sweaty on the bike trainer.

  2. Not too much awesome going on here. I guess I can count getting up super early so I can get in the pool! I saw 3 people waiting on the bench this morning waiting to get in. Glad I made the effort to get up.
